- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies within the IT services space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and corporate clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose innovative business solutions.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Hold an excellent level of BOTH written and verbal Maltese and English languages
- Strong Knowledge of current technologies, market dynamics, and a keen ability to communicate complex IT concepts clearly.
- Experience handling corporate customers, B2B sales, and long-term relationship management.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset in a fast-changing environment.
- Valid, local driving licence is a must
- Prior local experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing is a must
- Experience within the IT services industry is highly desirable
- A background qualification in IT or a related field is highly desirable.
