You will be part of a high-growth iGaming organization offering a full suite of premium services across operations, marketing, VIP, and data, within a modern international setup in Malta.This role is ideal for a senior support professional looking to transition into leadership and take ownership in a high-performance environment.As Customer Support Team Leader, you will lead a team, oversee escalations, and drive operational excellence, while partnering directly with leadership and influencing both strategy and team success.You will:

Shape team performance by developing agents through hands-on coaching and continuous feedback
Ensure smooth operations by taking full ownership of complex escalations
Track team performance and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to building your team through involvement in hiring and development initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

German and English speaker
Customer Support experience
Experience working closely with the Team Leader
