Shape and grow your own German-speaking support team from the ground up, defining standards, culture, and ways of working.You will:

Build a high-performing team through structured coaching and clear expectations
Identify skill gaps and drive targeted development plans for German-speaking agents
Use performance data to guide team priorities and improve outcomes
Support hiring and onboarding to maintain a strong talent pipeline

Skills & Qualifications:

German speaker with fluent English
Senior Customer Support experience, working closely with the Team Leader
