An international Gaming company is looking for a Business Analyst Team Lead to join their team in Malta. The successful candidate will be providing valuable insight into customers’ behaviour at different stages of their relationship with the company, making recommendations on relationship strategies for different customer segments, and helping to initiate and implement acquisition and CRM initiatives that will boost brand and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience below the line CRM analysis including A/B testing, Acquisition analysis and Google analytics, preferably within iGaming.
