You will set clear performance objectives, monitoring trading activities, analyzing market trends, and implementing risk management strategies to optimize trading outcomes.Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of forex traders, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve trading targets and performance goals.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation, and sharing of best practices.
Set clear performance objectives, KPIs, and trading strategies for team members, aligning with overall business objectives and risk management guidelines.
Monitor trading activities, analyze market trends, and identify trading opportunities.
Provide guidance and mentorship on forex trading strategies, technical analysis, risk management techniques, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training plans.
Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure adherence with the best practices.
Stay informed about global economic developments, geopolitical events, and market trends.
Utilize trading platforms, analytics tools, and trading algorithms to execute trades efficiently and effectively, leveraging technology.

Requirements

Lives in Malta and able to work Monday to Friday from 09:30 till 18:30.
Proficiency in English is also preferred.
Proven experience in financial and investment development, implementation, and project management, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and delivering complex projects.
Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and services, as well as knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a goal-oriented positive mindset and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving innovation and business growth.
