- Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within the hospitality industry to fuel company growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular engagement, upselling, and value-driven solutions.
- Understand clients' operations and challenges, offering tailored solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
- Stay up to date with hospitality technology trends, competitor activity, and emerging market needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, process orders efficiently, and align deliverables with client expectations.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality operation (front office, operations or F&B) is essential
- Experience in a client-facing or sales-oriented role is highly desirable
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- A valid driving licence
