Product Innovation Manager, Health & Wellness

• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively to ensure timely product launches.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate market data into actionable product concepts.
• Maintain and manage product specifications, focusing on formulation and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate product testing phases including stability, efficacy, and consumer feedback assessments.
• Ensure all new and existing products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Analyze and evaluate existing product lines, recommending enhancements or new developments.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities for innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product development, ideally within the pharmaceutical or personal care sectors.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance specific to product development.
• Experience with market research techniques and consumer insights analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adept at working in a collaborative team environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Competence in analytical skills and decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software platforms.
• Have full permission to live/work in Malta without a visa.
