Corporate Lawyer (M & A)

• Establishment and ongoing management of companies relocating to or from Malta.
• Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and joint venture arrangements.
• Advising on directors’ duties, corporate governance practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Handling mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Managing the issuance of equity and debt securities on regulated markets, as well as secondary offerings.
• Advising on insolvency and corporate restructuring matters.
• Providing counsel on a wide range of general corporate and commercial law issues.

• A Law degree and a warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate law.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
