Corporate Lawyer to join their small, highly specialized team.As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for safeguarding the business from a legal perspective and will be handling corporate and legal matters of a number of locally registered companies, forming part of the wider organisation.Role and Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as Commercial Agreements, Company Resolutions, Memorandums and Articles of Association
- Filing of statutory forms and certain company resolutions with the MBR and other regulatory jurisdictions
- Supporting various companies by reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and advising Management on best approach
- Analysing legal implications of various issues across all companies and advising Management thereon
- Drafting and reviewing of Policies and Procedures
- Reviewing compliance with regulatory requirement
- Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese, written and spoken
- LLD & Warranted to practice law in Malta
- Solid understanding of Maltese corporate law
- Experience within aviation and/or yachting would be an asset
