Having delivered multiple successful projects in the past, we are now building a new brand and expanding our team with experienced professionals.Role SummaryThe MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) will lead the AML and financial crime compliance framework for our Ontario online casino operations, ensuring full compliance with FINTRAC, AGCO, and iGaming Ontario regulatory requirements.This role will oversee AML policies, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting, and will act as the primary point of contact with regulators and auditors on financial crime compliance matters.Key Responsibilities

Design and implement the AML compliance program
Monitor player transactions and identify suspicious behaviour
File regulatory reports (including STR and LCTR reports)
Maintain AML policies, procedures, and internal controls
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and compliance partners
Oversee KYC and AML vendors and monitoring systems
Lead internal AML training and financial crime risk assessments

Required Experience

Minimum 3+ years of AML or compliance experience
Experience within regulated gambling, fintech, or financial services
Strong knowledge of FINTRAC regulations and Canadian AML frameworks
Experience interacting with regulators and compliance auditors
