Streamline Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with expertise in Mediterranean fusion cuisine to oversee a kitchen section, prepare high-quality dishes, and support the Head Chef in delivering creative, consistent menus.As Chef de Partie, you will manage a designated section of the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting Mediterranean fusion dishes to the highest standards. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, maintaining food quality and consistency, supervising junior staff, monitoring hygiene and safety standards, and managing stock within your section. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations and contribute to innovative Mediterranean-inspired menu development. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with Mediterranean or fusion cuisine. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.   • Prepare dishes for service (presentation, composition, finish...)
  • Decorate products after cooling (chocolate pieces, sesame seeds, sugar, covering with sauce...)
  • Wash and clean fruit and vegetables
  • Supervise preparation of dishes. Do or check garnish or presentation of plates or dishes
  • Coordinate team activities
  • Plan production based on orders, stock and season
  • Receive and check goods. Store goods in cold-storage room or pantry
  • Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
