
HR Officer - Payroll

- Process payroll for companies within the Group of companies, including salaries, wages, pensions, overtime, and allowances
- Manage employee onboarding, terminations, leave, and absences
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll system records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment regulations
- Prepare reports and HR data for management, supporting decision-making and KPI tracking
- Oversee Time & Attendance schedules and provide department support
- Assist with end-of-year submissions, payroll audits, and outsourced service processing
- Support other HR functions as needed
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources (or equivalent) and A-Level standard of education
- Strong payroll experience, ideally within an HR environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Strong ICT skills and attention to detail
