We at Ceek look forward to hearing from you!What is expected of you?Promote and enforce health and safety principles across all Group entities to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, inspections, and audits of work sites, facilities, and processes in line with OHS regulations.Develop, implement, and monitor proactive risk management strategies to address health and safety concerns effectively.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation through continuous monitoring and enforcement of corrective actions.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to uphold safety standards and regulatory requirements.Prepare detailed reports on inspections, incidents, accidents, and overall occupational health and safety performance.Maintain accurate records of workplace incidents and ensure timely preparation of internal and legal documentation.Develop, implement, and review emergency preparedness plans, including coordinating evacuation drills across all Group entities.Design and deliver tailored safety training, induction programs, and awareness materials for all employee levels.Advise management on continuous improvements to health and safety systems, staying current with legislation and industry best practices.What are you expected to bring?Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from a recognized institution.Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a health and safety role, with a solid understanding of OHS practices.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and skilled in maintaining accurate, detailed records.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and exceptional observational skills.What’s in it for you?Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and continuing education.Comprehensive health insurance coverage to support employee well-being.Access to an employee discount program across a range of products and services.If you’re passionate about fostering a safe and compliant workplace, apply today to join the team!
