- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international health and safety legislation.
- Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate and report on workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, recommending corrective actions.
- Liaise with management and OHSA representatives to ensure the continuous improvement of health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation.
- Oversee risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.
- Minimum of two years of verifiable practical experience in occupational health and safety.
- Proven competence and up-to-date knowledge of OHSA legislation.
- Proficiency in English or Maltese.
- Police Conduct Certificate issued within the last six months (foreign applicants must provide certificates from both Malta and their country of origin).
- Name not appearing in the OHSA Administrative and Compromise Fines Register.
- For foreign qualifications: successful completion of the Maltese Occupational Health and Safety Law training module as recognized by the Authority.

- Certified copy of qualification.
- Equivalence certificate (if applicable) confirming ECTS.
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Documents proving two years relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
