We are seeking a dedicated Courier Driver & Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic team.The selected candidate will be expected to handle various tasks involving repair and upkeep as these may arise from time to time. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the operations of the company while growing one's skills. Inform client on damage to furniture and appliances and if possible make repairs
Detect faulty parts and replace them as part of repair and maintenance works
Organise, plan and follow-up precautionary or corrective maintenance works
Replace windows or repair cracks and dents
Repair or replace handles, glass, rails of doors and windows
Perform simple residential maintenance jobs for clients (handywork)
Execute basic maintenance of appliances and equipment
Place or replace locks and locking material
Take care of plants, green or outdoor spaces and maintenance
Perform corrections or repairs: repair work
