An international Gaming company is looking for an English speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Malta. You will report to the Head of Customer Support and be expected to deliver top quality customer service to the Company’s clients through live chat. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and keen to learn or have some experience in Customer Support. This is a temporary role from end of April until 31st July. If you are looking for to gain CS experience, we look forward to receiving your CV for this Malta based English speaking Customer Support Agent role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHandle Incoming and outgoing telephone calls, live chats and email communication in order to provide assistance to customers’ enquiries and requestsResolve incoming customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfactionProcess all tasks in a timely, accurate and courteous mannerComplete all related documentation and data entry to high standards and within the set time parameters.Creatively look for options, possibilities and choice for customersSell solutions and deliver results to customersEnsure that the provision of excellent customer service levels is maintained and exceededEnsure that there is adherence to the quality parameters, procedures and policies as established by the CompanyStrive to reach each one’s own targets in order to be able to contribute towards the attainment of the Company’s own targets and standard levelsBe responsible to develop and maintain a good knowledge of the Company’s products, services and systemsBe sure to comply with all the company’s business processes, policies and legislation requirementsTo handle all client and customer contacts in line with the Company’s defined standards whilst keeping customer and company details completely confidential from external and third partiesCANDIDATE PROFILEFluent in English language (both written and spoken) is a must.
