Job DescriptionLocation: Qormi, Malta - remote after trainingThe Role: German speaking Junior Team LeaderSalary: competitiveRelocation package: Up to €200 reimbursement for flights (paid after probation) and 5 days hotel stay (could be up to 3 weeks if needed).We are hiring a German speaking Junior Team Leader to support operations within a fast-paced digital services environment. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership experience in customer support, content moderation, or similar operational teams who is ready to take the next step.What You’ll Do
  • Support daily operations and ensure service levels are met
  • Monitor quality and team performance
  • Coach and guide team members
  • Handle escalations and workflow challenges
  • Review online content, including potentially sensitive material
  • Ensure policies and guidelines are applied correctly
  • Identify improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent German and intermediate English
  • Previous leadership experience in operational teams is a plus or showing ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable working shifts (including weekends)
