- Lead and manage the Turkish Reactivation team based in our Malta office.
- Set clear KPIs and sales targets for your markets and distribute them across the team.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to help achieve targets.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings with agents to review performance, provide feedback, and support their development.
- Report team progress to the Sales Manager and propose action plans when needed.
- Oversee a team of agents making outbound B2C calls to inactive players.
- Set monthly sales targets for the team and track progress against them.
- Lead daily start-up meetings to communicate priorities, targets, and action plans.
- Ensure the team understands available leads and uses them effectively.
- Organize schedules and ensure the team operates efficiently.
- Monitor and review agent calls to maintain high standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Ensure all calls comply with internal processes, Responsible Gambling guidelines, licensing requirements, and GDPR standards.
- Support the onboarding and training of new hires.
- Identify knowledge gaps and help agents develop the skills needed to succeed long-term.
- Assist with training on topics such as Casino, Sportsbook, Responsible Gambling, and platform updates.
- Help the team understand player needs and behaviours and guide them on how to approach players effectively.
- Keep the team informed about new games, platform features, promotions, and payment methods.
- Identify hiring needs and collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Native Turkish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Experience working in the iGaming industry.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to motivate and develop sales agents.
- Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and guide a team.
- Ability to drive results while maintaining high standards and company values.
