Manage day-to-day office operations (with HR & Debtors Responsibilities)Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and assist with office coordination. • Prepare reports, maintain records, and support internal communication. HR Functions • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records. • Support onboarding of new employees and maintain personnel files. • Track attendance, leave records, and assist with HR documentation. • Help organize staff training and employee engagement activities.
