- The Assistant Scaffolder supports the scaffolder in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures on site.
- He assists in loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials safely.
- He ensures that scaffolding components are handled and stored properly.
- He assists in assembling scaffolding structures according to instructions and safety standards.
- He ensures that all safety measures are followed during erection and dismantling works.
- He ensures that protective equipment such as safety helmets, harnesses, gloves, and safety boots are worn at all times.
- He helps maintain the work area clean and free from hazards.
- He follows instructions given by the scaffolder or supervisor and supports the team in completing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience in construction will be considered an asset.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
