- You are the main point of contact for licensing and compliance processes in Germany and manage the development and practical application of the regulatory execution framework.
- You work closely with the Head of Digital Compliance Management to support business processes with regulatory advise, ensuring that potential risks will be mitigated as quickly as possible.
- You align content and format of documentation and communication for internal and external use while being in close exchange with the respective licensing authority.
- You play a role in ensuring that we maintain, renew and acquire new gaming licenses.
- You act as a compliance ambassador, help raising awareness and promote internally the culture as a fully regulated operator.
- Experience. You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a regulated industry or a similar background that proves your ability to think analytical, identify problems and find appropriate solutions; ideally in a larger, international environment.
- Skills. You have a strong technical affinity and ideally worked with Jira and/or Confluence before. Understanding of the German licensing landscape or any other regulated market scores you extra points.
- Language skills. As the #1 sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, fluency in German is required, and as our team consists of more than 40 nations working together, your English language skills should be at a full working proficiency level.
