Chief Financial Officer

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our client’s mission and vision.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cash flow planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and strengthen internal financial processes and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in corporate governance and financial reporting.
• Lead the accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Contribute to the creation and analysis of budgets and financial models, enabling informed decision-making.
• Champion cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including advisors, clients, and vendors.

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to work.
