The Job:

Prepare and cook food as necessary, assisting in all sections as directed by the Head Chef.
Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food meet the highest quality standards.
Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team and proactively learn and develop new skills.
Assist in monitoring stock levels, including stock rotation.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas, ensuring proper food safety practices to prevent cross-contamination. Ensure food storage areas are kept in accordance with the company’s high standards.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as knowledge of any additional languages being a plus.
Willingness to follow instructions and a strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive in taking on new challenges.
Availability to work a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
