The Group CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, disciplined capital management, and robust risk control across Alberta Fire & Security, PT Matic, and ISTC.Given the criticality of Alberta Fire & Security within the Group, the CFO must bring proven senior financial leadership experience within the construction or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) industry, with at least 5 years as Group CFO or Head of Finance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Financial Leadership
  • Define and implement the Group’s financial strategy in line with overall objectives.
  • Provide financial insight to support Board decisions, investments, and business priorities.
  • Lead Group-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Supervise and define the Group-wide financial KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Financial Management & Governance
  • Oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, taxation, and compliance across all Group entities.
  • Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and adherence to international standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and project-related funding requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure favourable financing and support the Group’s growth.
Business Partnering
  • Support operational teams with project costing, contract controls, and profitability analysis.
  • Provide financial and commercial input in tenders, bids, and negotiations.
  • Drive efficiency and cost discipline while ensuring risk management frameworks are in place.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and mentor finance teams across subsidiaries.
  • Enhance financial systems, processes, and capabilities to support project-based operations.
  • Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.

  • Mandatory: Minimum 5 years senior financial leadership experience in the construction or M&E industry, as Group CFO or Head of Finance.
  • Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Strong track record in cash flow management, project finance, and risk control.
  • Experience working in multi-entity, multi-country structures.
  • Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, or business integration is an advantage.

  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of project-based industries.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with Board-level presence.
  • Advanced financial modelling, capital structuring, and project financing knowledge.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation in finance (ERP, BI, automation).
  • High integrity, resilience, and adaptability in complex and changing environments.
