Our client, a leading organization in Malta's Hospitality & Leisure sector, is seeking a Barista to join their Food & Beverage Team. The group operates renowned hotels, international brands, and distinguished restaurants offering exceptional dining experiences across Malta.The RoleAs a Barista, you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food products. You will ensure a clean and organized workspace, follow company procedures, and maintain a positive, professional attitude even during busy periods.Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
Prepare beverages and food according to recipes and presentation standards.
Follow operational and cash-handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Support the team with ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Good communication skills in English.
Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
Non-EU candidates must hold a valid Skills Pass (www.skillspass.org.mt).
