- Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety and security guidelines, to ensure partner safety during each shift.
- Attend to customer needs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming workspace.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Prepare and serve quality beverages, food products and whole beans consistently, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist and coach new team members during onboarding.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and recognize individual and team achievements.
- Handle cash and accurately record customer orders.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization as needed.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow all sanitation, health, and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality is desirable.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
