This Head of Legal will join a well-established advisory firm who are bringing on a strategy focused Head of Legal to oversee the legal department. If you are a keen business developer and experienced leader, this could be an excellent next step in your career.As Head of Legal, you will oversee a large team lawyer ranging from junior to mid-level. This will allow you to further sharpening your management skills and oversee the day-to-day work of the department. Your role from another perspective will be to focus on strategy and business development in order to grow service lines, and be the leader of the growth of the firm.If you are a seasoned lawyer, qualified in Malta, with people management expertise and a keen interest in business development and strategy, this will be an excellent next step in your career to really move into senior management and leave your mark on the business.You will:

Contribute to the strategy of the legal department;
Be responsible for project delivery and client satisfaction;
Manage the legal department and contribute to your team’s development;
Be involved in business development to find room for growth of the services.

Experience:

Qualified lawyer in Malta
5+ years’ experience managing a team in client-facing industry
Excellent communication skills in English

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 75,000 – 85,000 DOEBenefits:
