Insurance Assistant Broker / Broker - Personal Lines

• Renew and issue policies while maintaining exceptional client service
• Source competitive, tailored insurance quotes to meet specific client needs
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Process policy changes accurately and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Manage system data and prepare required reports for internal and insurer use
• Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks and general departmental needs
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments regularly
• Pursue professional development to stay current with industry trends
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management, or Core Team

• Minimum of post-secondary level of education
• Candidates in the process of attaining their Dip. CII or B.Com.(Hons) in Insurance or an MA (Insurance) will be given preference
• Ideally 1+ years of motor or personal lines insurance experience
• Strong communication skills with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Ethical and reliable, with adherence to legal and regulatory standards
• Goal-oriented, with annual performance objectives guiding development
