Construction Project Manager

• Coordinating and overseeing the full construction lifecycle, from initial planning through to project completion.
• Managing all phases of the project, including pre-construction, construction, quality assurance, and post-construction activities.
• Identifying and aligning project objectives with client and company expectations.
• Establishing project timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Developing detailed project plans outlining each stage of the project.
• Leading and supervising project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with quality standards.
• Providing regular progress updates to the Project Director and clients.
• Applying comprehensive knowledge across all areas of construction.
• Ensuring adherence to approved building plans, specifications, and design layouts.
• Overseeing site activities to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant working environments.
• Promoting and enforcing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience in the construction industry in Malta.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and supervise teams.
