Our client, operating in IT, is looking for a motivated and experienced .NET Developer to join their team in Malta:Responsibilities

Lead the development of a new tax product using .NET 9, C#, and ASP.NET.
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features (front-end and back-end).
Integrate with HMRC APIs using JSON for secure tax data exchange.
Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Write, optimize, and manage SQL database queries.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and reliability in all code.
Perform thorough self-testing to ensure products are production-ready before review.
Work independently, taking full ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with a small, supportive team and respond constructively to feedback.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Experience building desktop applications (not web-first).
Demonstrated ability to integrate with external APIs.
Proven track record of working independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to self-testing and quality.

Education and Experience

2+ years of full-time experience in .NET / C# development (full-stack)
In possession of an MQF Level 6
Located in Malta
