Our client, a leading Operations company is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team.Main duties and Responsibilities :

Collection of debts through a systematic approach.
Maintaining close business links with the relevant customers and ensuring that the credit terms are monitored rigorously.
Generation and sending of statements, reminder letters and legal letters.
Liaison with sales and other company employees to resolve outstanding queries.
Reporting on debtor balances, cash collections and credit notes on a weekly / monthly basis.
Posting and allocation of receipts.
Reconciliations of debtor accounts.
Working within deadlines towards achieving budgeted targets.
Filing and maintaining records and reports pertinent to credit control operations.
Carries out other related duties as assigned and required from time to time.

Skill-sets and Requirements

Two years of experience working in a similar role.
Good organisational and communication skills
