- Oversee all aspects of daily operations across the clinic and guest accommodation
- Curate and maintain a five-star guest experience, ensuring every client journey is seamless from arrival to departure
- Lead, inspire, and manage a small, high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance throughout the property
- Coordinate client schedules, treatments, and accommodation with precision and discretion
- Handle guest relations with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and personalized care
- Monitor performance, occupancy, and service quality to continuously elevate standards
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency without compromising quality
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and grow the brand
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, wellness retreats, boutique hotels, or high-end clinic environments
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
- A natural ability to deliver and maintain premium, personalized service
- Experience managing small teams in a multi-functional environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
