- Managing the processes for Real Time Testing of products undergoing reliability flows.
- Performing reliability flows on products as designated by the Material Review Board.
- Identifying defects in products which have undergone reliability flows.
- Performing technical interventions on assigned equipment and participating in scheduled maintenance on all reliability equipment.
- Maintaining the equipment used for reliability in optimum conditions.
- Contacting suppliers for assistance on faulty equipment.
- Initiating High Temperature Operation life tests (HTOL) whilst communicating with the relevant division problems and results.
- Liaising with the quality division on matters related to real time testing and with the plant facilities division on matters related to facilities issues.
- Performing calibration and installation of equipment as may be needed.
- Performing major technical interventions, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), making sure that interventions are handled in the shortest time possible and leaving adequate handover.
- Acting as a reference to the management for technical intervention follow-up
- Completing the necessary documentation as may be needed.
- Entering data in ARelis system.
- Maintaining an organized and clean Laboratory, working in a safe manner and ensuring that all personnel are utilizing the equipment in a safe manner.
- Possess an MQF level 4 Qualification in a Technical/Engineering related subject or comparable certifications together with a minimum of 3 years experience in a related industrial environment, or 8 years experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills with an analytic and statistical approach
- Have a good understanding of Safe Working and 5S Practices.
- Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have a good command of the English language.
