Identify customer needs and define the possible packages suitable for them and their household;
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through a friendly attitude;
Ensure that customer inquiries are explained and solutions are provided.

What we are looking for

People fluent in Maltese and English
A passion for meeting and greeting customers;
Ability to build strong customer relationships;
A proactive person who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team;
Preferably with experience in a sales or in a customer service environment.
