We believe in giving our teams accountability and autonomy, trusting in their expertise and best judgment to continuously learn and provide the best gaming experience to our players.⬇️ About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on RFP Team Leader to oversee Risk, Fraud, Payments, RG, and AML operations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team while staying involved in fraud cases, risk reviews, and escalations. The role focuses on preventing fraud and abuse, ensuring efficient payment operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and using data to improve KPIs and overall operational performance.✅ What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and develop a team covering RG, AML, payments operations, and fraudStay hands-on with fraud cases, risk reviews, and internal escalationsMonitor and prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and suspicious player behaviourOversee payment operations (withdrawals, deposit issues, processing efficiency)Ensure compliance with AML, RG, and regulatory requirementsWork closely with the MLRO, Payment Product team, and other operational teams.Use data to identify trends and improve internal controls in place.Track and improve key KPIs (fraud rates, processing times, operational efficiency of the team)🕵🏻 Is it YOU we’re looking for:Experience in Risk, Fraud, and Payments within iGamingStrong knowledge of AML, KYC, and Responsible GamblingPrevious experience leading or mentoring a teamHands-on mindset, comfortable being involved in daily operations when needed.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approachAbility to work in a fast-paced environment🤩 Nice to Have:Experience with platforms like PaymentIQExperience with fraud tools or rule-based systemsNordic language skills✨What’s in it for you?High-impact role with real ownershipSmall team, fast decisions, and visible resultsOpportunity to shape risk, fraud, and payment processesHealth insuranceHybrid WorkingMonthly,100 EUR Commute AllowanceSocially responsible environment by dedicating time off to volunteerReferral Bonus🇲🇹 Please note that this position is based in our office in Malta.
