• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards.
• Monitor and control food costs, kitchen budgets, and resource usage.
• Maintain strict adherence to HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the kitchen.
• Work closely with management to maintain and enhance the restaurant’s culinary reputation.

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
• Passion for high-quality Mediterranean and Maltese cuisine.
• Strong background in traditional Maltese culinary practices.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Maltese.
• Currently residing in Malta, with a valid work permit for non-EU nationals.
• Clean police conduct certificate.
