Food Chain Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Person to join their team on a full-time basis. Food Chain Ltd operates 17 stores in total across Malta for Burger King, Pizza Hut, and KFC.A vacancy has arisen within our Maintenance Department for a Maintenance Person. To service and maintain restaurant equipment including cooking equipment and building service facilities.
To install and repair any electrical and plumbing duties.
To periodically clean the extraction ducts.
To take care of any emergency drainage and toilet repairs.
To perform any other maintenance duties that may be required by the company.
To run and upkeep the spare parts store.
Assist in the transporting of equipment/furniture between restaurants.
To report any damages or breakages to the Project & Operations Manager.
To maintain a good relationship with suppliers of parts and servicing companies.
Carry out Maintenance of Refrigeration.

Requirements:

Fluent in English.
Have previous experience in a technical environment.
Have knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration.
In possession of electrical wireman license A and preferably license B.
Preferably have a journeyman's certificate.
Needs to maintain a good relationship with suppliers of parts and services companies.
Have a positive work attitude and safety awareness.
Works both on his / her own and in a team.
Be self-motivated and flexible.
Have a Maltese Driving license.
Able to work normal working hours and be on call 24/7 according to the roster.
