Skilled Labourer in a precast concrete factory. Previous experience will be considered as an asset.GMF Precast Ltd is seeking skilled employees to work in our precast concrete factory. Duties include but are not limited to; - Participate in the production of precast elements ( Slabs, predalles etc) -installation of precast elements on site as required. -Preparation of Steel for the production process. -Machine preparation for production. -Factory Cleaning -Aiding with the loading of precast elements on trucks and trailersProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies

Prepare equipment and gear, secure the work area
Clear and clean construction site (equipment, tools...)
Make/mix products (mortar, filler, glue...)
Organise and check loading and unloading activities
Start and monitor production (preproduction, serial production...)
Place reinforcements in concrete depending on the application (concrete slabs, walls, poles, floors...)
Clear, dig up or raise site or construction
Unload and store materials manually in storage areas
Demolish a construction by means of machine
Finish and repoint surfaces
