We’re looking for passionate and hardworking professionals to join our team in Malta! Full-time positions available.The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing manual labour tasks on construction sites, warehouses, or other relevant locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and is looking to be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Prepare job sites by cleaning and removing debris Use hand tools and power tools when required Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist skilled tradespeople as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area Perform other general labouring duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects Strong work ethic and punctuality Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work independently or as part of a team Basic understanding of safety practicesProfilesCompetencies

Dust, sort out waste and empty dustbins
Remove or clear waste, plants, obstacles or snow by sweeping, collecting and manual/mechanical mowing
Cleanse and thoroughly clean urban spaces (public roads, markets, public facades, street furniture...)
Clean and maintain waste collection equipment
Sweep public squares and streets. Clear or collect garbage, excrement and leaves
