Job Summary:In a team built on specialized expertise and precision, the Labourer plays a vital supporting role. Youll work alongside highly skilled tradespeople, assisting with a variety of tasks across different projects. This is not a "do-it-all" role its about being the reliable foundation that helps our specialists perform at their best.Key Responsibilities:Assist tradespeople (e.g. electricians, tilers, plasterers, HVAC technicians) with daily tasksPrepare, clean, and maintain work areas and materialsLoad and unload tools, equipment, and materialsPerform basic demolition, digging, or assembly tasks as requiredOperate hand tools and small machinery under supervisionFollow instructions from supervisors to support job executionEnsure adherence to safety regulations and site cleanlinessRespond flexibly to different job needs across multiple skill areasRequirements:English is a must Valid International Driving LicensePrevious experience in construction or general labour preferredGood physical condition and willingness to perform manual tasksAbility to work within a team and follow instructions closelyBasic knowledge of tools and job site practicesReliable, punctual, and safety-consciousPreferred Qualifications:Valid health and safety certification (e.g. CSCS, OSHA or local equivalent)Experience assisting multiple trades in construction or maintenance projects
