Your role will focus on designing visually striking content that captures the unique style and vibe of our shop, while supporting social media management to boost our brand presence and attract new clients.Key Responsibilities: • Create eye-catching graphics, animations, and layouts for posts, stories, promotions, and campaigns that reflect our tattoo shop’s aesthetic and culture. • Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others popular with our audience. • Engage with our online community by responding professionally and timely to comments, messages, and inquiries. • Track social media performance metrics, analyze engagement, and suggest ways to improve reach and impact. • Keep up-to-date with tattoo industry trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant. • Assist with other marketing efforts and in-shop promotions as needed Requirements: • Proven experience in social media or graphic design, ideally with a portfolio demonstrating creative work suited to lifestyle or alternative culture brands. • Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalents. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best content formats, especially visual-first channels like Instagram and TikTok • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about tattoo culture or alternative lifestyles Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) • Basic copywriting skills for social media captions that reflect our shop’s voice • Understanding of social media advertising and campaignProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies
