The chosen candidate will form part of a dedicated finance team and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer as well as the Head of Administration & Debt Collection.In this role, the Finance Assistant will be responsible for accurately recording and analysing all cash, cheque, and bank receipt transactions across multiple internal entities. The position involves preparing daily deposits, ensuring that every transaction is supported by a clear and traceable audit trail, and performing daily bank and cash reconciliations. The selected individual will also handle authorised cash disbursements. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to integrity in all financial processes.Applicants should have previous experience in cashiering or a similar finance-related role and must be able to communicate effectively in both Maltese and English. Candidates are expected to hold an Ordinary Level qualification in Accounts and demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel.
