- Project Management: Lead and oversee end-to-end digital marketing projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Launches: Strategically plan and execute new product launches, creating robust go-to-market strategies to enhance online visibility and market presence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal departments including product, sales, and external partners to align digital marketing activities with broader business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Develop, monitor, and report digital marketing KPIs, providing insightful analytics and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns against predefined KPIs and ROI.
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget targets.
- Clearly define project objectives, assign tasks, promote effective communication among team members, and maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategies, and display advertising.
- Develop strategies aimed at boosting digital engagement and enhancing customer interactions.
- Plan and execute marketing events such as product launches and trade shows, managing logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships, and post-event assessments.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, design, content teams, and third-party agencies to produce compelling marketing materials and optimise campaign performance.
- Actively engage customers to foster brand loyalty and develop lasting relationships.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within eCommerce or DTC sectors.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Extensive experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing projects.
