We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our Internet of Things support and operations team as a Support & Operations Executive. This role provides dedicated support to IoT customers facing issues with SIM connectivity, platform services, or onboarding. You will troubleshoot problems, guide users through resolution steps, and ensure a smooth customer experience.Beyond front-line support, you’ll manage key tasks and contribute to cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and service quality. Reporting to the Senior IoT Support & Operations Manager, responsibilities include identifying recurring issues, driving process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and platform performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to customers or end-users who are experiencing problems with IoT connectivity services and related platforms
  • Provide order fulfilment support to ensure that orders are closed in a timely manner, whilst providing an excellent customer experience
  • You will need to establish and maintain good relationships with customers and end-users, ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services provided
  • Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and product development, to address technical issues and ensure smooth operations
  • You will need to stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in IoT/Lorawan technologies and provide recommendations on how to improve customer experience.
  • Conduct the necessary monitoring on various systems to ensure service upkeep, whilst reporting any variances in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
  • Tech savvy with minimum of a Diploma Level in an IT role
  • Strong analytical and technical background
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Responsible and works well in a team
  • Good command of English and German, both spoken and written
  • Experience in a previous technical customer service role will also be considered an asset
