- Lead and expand the Tax Advisory line of business while shaping its long-term strategy.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
- Provide high-level tax advice across areas such as corporate taxation, international tax, regulatory frameworks, and emerging tax developments.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth technical research and deliver practical tax solutions.
- Represent the organisation at external events and support cross-department collaboration.
- Fully qualified accountant or tax professional with at least five years' experience in taxation.
- A recognised tax qualification is preferred; otherwise, strong technical expertise and willingness to obtain one.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team or department.
- Strong communication, analytical, and business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or business development systems.
