A waiter/waitress is a person who serves food and drinks to customers in a restaurant.A waiter is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by attending to guests in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or other food establishments. They act as the main point of contact between the kitchen and the customer, ensuring meals are delivered efficiently and professionally while maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.ProfilesCompetencies

Assist staff of industrial kitchen (reception, heating plates, washing linen...)
Clean tables. Clean restaurant area
Clean tables/bar/counter. Clean and maintain bar and serving room utensils
Do the mise en place in the restaurant area and utility room. Preparing tables for service
Wash/rinse glasses
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
Fill in follow-up documents (schedule, place...) and inform concerned persons about abnormalities
Clean and maintain tools
Prepare cleaning agents and equipment. Mark out slippery areas
Determine and organise necessary waste and waste water processing (recycling, discharge, removal...)
Execute basic maintenance of appliances and equipment
Advise client on healthy lifestyle, advised movement/posture, use of tools/equipment for help (orthosis, walking frame)
