Heroix is supporting our Client in the search for a Head of Enterprise Transformation who will take ownership of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and implementing strategic change programmes aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, advancing digital capabilities, and improving overall organisational performance. The successful candidate will guide complex transformation projects, establish effective governance frameworks, and ensure that change initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable results.Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation roadmap that supports the Company’s strategic objectives and operational priorities while ensuring alignment across business functions.
  • Transformation Governance: Establish and oversee the Transformation Management Office, introducing structured governance, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making processes that enable executive visibility and effective programme oversight.
  • Programme Delivery: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards while generating tangible business value.
  • Operational Improvement: Drive operational performance by implementing structured performance measurement frameworks, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency across the organisation.
  • Change Leadership: Guide organisational change initiatives by fostering engagement, promoting new ways of working, and supporting communication and capability-building activities that enable sustainable adoption of transformation outcomes.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or a recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACCA. A Master’s degree such as an MBA or MSc in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading transformation programmes or managing programme management offices, including responsibility for governance frameworks, programme oversight, and complex change delivery. A minimum of 5 years’ experience within financial management functions, including financial governance, performance management, and cost optimisation. Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or operationally driven environments will be considered highly beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex concepts and transformation objectives to diverse stakeholders while facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with the capacity to collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of digital transformation tools and technologies, including ERP and CRM platforms, systems integration, automation technologies, and data-driven business insights.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage multiple transformation initiatives, priorities, and reporting structures simultaneously.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented professional who demonstrates ownership, initiative, and resilience in driving strategic change initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
