Job Summary:A dynamic, service-oriented Hostess/Coordinator whose key role is to ensure seamless guest experiences by managing daily bookings, warmly welcoming members and guests, and supporting food and beverage operations. As the first point of contact, the hostess/ coordinator upholds the club’s high standards of hospitality, organisation, and exclusivity.Key Responsibilities:Booking Coordination:- Oversee and manage daily beach club bookings through the online reservation system.- Allocate sunbeds and restaurant tables accurately, ensuring all bookings are prepared and honoured- Communicate effectively with the restaurant and beach staff to coordinate setup and guest flow.Guest Reception & Check-In:- Welcome all arriving members and guests at the club entrance with a warm and professional approach.- Verify access via QR codes associated with valid memberships.- Identify and accommodate high-tier hotel guests eligible for Hola Beach access, ensuring they are directed to their assigned sunbeds. Hotel guests can make useof the beach from Wednesday till Friday.Hosting & Service Support:- Provide hosting duties throughout the day, including escorting guests to their designated areas.- Act as a visible point of contact for all guest needs and queries, maintaining high visibility on the beach and restaurant floor.- Support food and beverage operations as needed, including assisting with service during peak hours.Guest Relations & Experience:- Ensure member and guest satisfaction by engaging with them, seeking feedback, and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.- Maintain a refined and friendly atmosphere that reflects the exclusive nature of the beach club.- Liaise closely with management to communicate feedback and suggest improvements.Requirements:Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or front-of-house roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficiency with online booking systems and basic administrative tasks.- High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask.- Fluent in English.Working Conditions:- Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak season periods.- Outdoor and beach-side environment; must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.- Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
