IT Systems Administrator

• Set up, manage, and maintain server environments
• Deliver first- and second-line technical support to end-users
• Conduct network analysis, monitor performance, manage capacity, and ensure secure configurations
• Plan and implement technology upgrades, platform migrations, and infrastructure deployments
• Assist in diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and providing timely technical resolutions
• Document procedures and outcomes of completed projects
• Contribute innovative ideas and recommend creative solutions to technical challenges
• Leverage diverse tools and methodologies to analyse business trends and generate insights
• Experience in any of the following areas is considered an advantage

• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, and Office 365
• Solid experience working in virtualized environments such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrates a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role

• Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification
• Bachelor's degree in ICT, Engineering, or a related field is considered an asset
