HR Team Lead

• Handling employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, managing grievances, and addressing performance concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and labour laws.
• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance workforce skills and career development.
• Supporting performance management, career growth, and succession planning initiatives.
• Leading recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and reducing turnover.
• Conducting employee feedback sessions and analysing exit interview data to identify retention opportunities.
• Performing any other tasks as required by the company, ensuring a strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance in all decisions and actions.

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and health and safety regulations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to build strong working relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
